Adam Parkes is a UK based Voiceover Artist.
I have a huge range as I hope my reels demonstrate. Trained formally at The Birmingham School of Speech and Drama on a Scholarship in 2001 I attained a Post Graduate Diploma (DiPSiA) in Professional Studies in Acting.
After a few years in theatre I made the move behind the camera as a specialist operator on some very well known projects. Despite success, I’ve never quite shaken off the need to perform, particularly in voice work. When the global pandemic shut filming down I decided to use my technical knowledge to build a studio and hone the craft I previously loved.
Confident that I can self produce to the high standards I’ve been used to over two decades in film and TV production I’m now concentrating on working full time as a VoiceOver and character actor.
